Your orders

No orders yet.

When you do order, this page keeps the whole arithmetic permanently — the supplier's price, every cost we added to land it, and our 20% as its own line. We do not need a receipt to tell you what you paid for; you already know.

What you will see here

Every order moves through these five states, and each one tells you what is actually happening rather than printing a status code.

What we owe you, in writing

We show every dollar, and we name the source only where we can prove it

Every piece's page carries the full arithmetic: the supplier's price, freight, duty and brokerage, insurance, inspection, local delivery, the landed total, then our fee as its own line. Our fee is 20% of landed cost. That is the whole margin — it is not marked up, hidden in the piece price, or offset against a discount we pretend is a favour. On the supplier line we name the source where a written purchase relationship is on file, and where it is not, the line reads "Supplier (unbranded source)" rather than inventing a name. Today that is every piece in the catalog.

Typically 1–2 weeks, Kelowna

Most pieces leave the supplier within 48 hours of your order and reach Kelowna inside two weeks. We quote a date range per piece, not a vague 'soon'.

30 days to send it back

Days 0–14: Full refund — inspect it at the door and we pay · Days 15–30: Full refund less a 15% restocking fee, return freight is yours

A person, not a queue

Questions about an order, a delivery window, or whether a piece will fit a particular room — these are answered by someone in Kelowna who can see your actual order and its actual cost stack. Not a ticket queue, and not a chatbot.

How we talk

  • —Declarative, not apologetic. We are not cheaper and we know it. We are legible.
  • —Never a percentage off. We have a margin, not a discount, and the two are not the same fact.
  • —Publish the inconvenient number. The size tolerance, the restock percentage, the week it might be late.
  • —One claim per sentence. If a sentence needs two numbers, it is two sentences.
  • —A named human, with hours, beats a contact form. Automate the status, never the conversation.
