We do not have a confirmed dimension sheet for this piece on file yet, and we are not going to print a measurement we cannot stand behind. Send us the piece you are looking at and we will get you the factory drawing — normally within a day — before anything is committed.

I understand I can inspect this at the door and refuse it — wrong piece, damage, or it will not go where I measured — at no cost to me and with no restocking fee. This is the single thing that keeps the return honest, and it is never for sale.

The price you see is recomputed from the live freight lane when you request it — we do not hold a stale number from a cart you left open overnight.

You decide at the door. Not in a warehouse, not in month two.

Check it in the doorway before the crew leaves. Wrong piece, damaged, or it will not go where you measured — refuse it and it goes straight back on the truck.
A refusal costs you nothing. No restocking fee, no delivery charge, and nothing to arrange.
Still sure after 30 days and it is unopened? We arrange the pickup and refund within five business days of it arriving back.
Once it has been assembled or slept on, we will help you donate it rather than pay you for it, and we say the number up front.
Made-to-order is final sale, and we tell you on the piece page before you order — not after.

A planning range, not a guarantee, and we will not dress it up as one — we have not shipped enough orders yet to publish a delivery statistic, so we do not quote a percentage. If a piece slips (a backordered fabric, a customs hold) you hear it from us before it becomes your problem, and you can refuse it on arrival.

You buy the furniture and the getting-it-there. Not a moving company.

We do not carry the piece up your stairs unless you booked room-of-choice or placed-and-unwrapped — those are paid tiers, chosen at checkout, never added afterwards.

The manufacturer's warranty, and we carry the claim for you

Every piece arrives with the manufacturer's warranty registered to you, for both residential and commercial use. Most brands void the moment a sofa goes into a hotel or a rental; ours is sourced from suppliers whose commercial terms we hold on file for exactly that reason. If something fails you send us one message and we carry the claim to the supplier and back to you — we do not hand you a PDF and wish you luck. We do not underwrite the warranty ourselves, and we will not claim to until we have processed enough claims to know whether we can. The 3-year blanket term is planned and appears here only once it is funded.

Delivery, chosen by you

Threshold — To your address or the lobby of your building, in its boxes. Someone must be there to receive it and someone must be there to take it upstairs — that part is yours, and we would rather say so than let you discover it on the day.$95

Room of choice — A vetted two-person crew carries it into any one room you choose and takes the packaging out with them. Signature required. Stairs and long carries are quoted from your measurements on the previous step, so the price does not move on the day.$195

Placed & unpacked — Into the room, unwrapped, assembled where it needs to be, and every box and wrapping taken away with the crew. Booked with a vetted local white-glove partner who carries the insurance and the liability for the work in your home; DAF books it, manages it, and answers for it.$295
