Furniture procurement service

One line. Twenty percent. Landed.

DAF is a furniture procurement service company — workshop-direct sourcing, freight, customs, install, warranty registration. Twenty percent flat on landed cost. No monthly seat fee.

How it works.

  1. 01

    Brief the room.

Describe the space, the budget, and the target install window. No login. No signup gate. No monthly seat cost — you only pay if a project ships.

  2. 02

    See a costed plan.

DAF returns a costed plan with every line visible — workshop price, freight, customs, install, DAF's 20% flat fee. You review before anything is ordered.

  3. 03

    Approve. DAF orders.

Approve the plan and DAF issues purchase orders, coordinates freight and customs, and lines up install and warranty registration through DAF Global Connect.

  4. 04

    Room lands.

One line item on your side. DAF absorbs the coordination, so the room arrives assembled, warranty-registered, and — for Lifeware clients — inside a 3–7 year 1:1 exchange window.

What the twenty percent covers.

The fee is the same regardless of workshop, freight route, or supplier commission structure. If the number moves, DAF absorbs it — not the client.

Services company, not a SaaS tool

Why the shape of the fee matters.

You never pay when nothing ships.

SaaS procurement tools bill monthly whether a project runs or not. DAF only earns when a project lands. That aligns DAF with your schedule, not with a subscription meter.

The 20% is the whole fee.

No per-order surcharge, no upcharge on freight, no hidden dealer commission passed through. DAF consumes those. The client sees one line.

Install and warranty are inside the fee.

SaaS tools stop at the spec sheet. DAF coordinates delivery, install, and warranty registration — the parts of procurement that break for designers running one project at a time.

Lifeware is optional and separate.

Procurement clients pay 20% flat. Clients who want design direction, colour, AR mockups, and a 3–7 year 1:1 exchange window enroll in Lifeware — currently $499 one-time, founding rate that will rise at public launch.

Comparisons

Deciding between DAF and a SaaS tool.

A SaaS tool is right when the job is a lookup — pricing, spec sheets, client approvals. A services partner is right when the job is landing a whole room. Both approaches ship.

Ready to see it.

A brief takes a few minutes. A costed plan comes back the next business day. Nothing to install. No monthly bill.
