Engagement

The ways to work with
David Andrew Furniture.

Each engagement carries a defined scope, a defined price, and a defined turnaround. The full procurement project sits in the middle. Everything else is a way to start the conversation or a program that runs alongside.

What DAF does · in one breath

One paid service: furniture procurement, 20% flat. Design, colour, mockups, and sourcing plans come with it. Lifeware is the annual program that keeps those services free for life and refreshes your rooms every three to seven years.

Complimentary inside Project Engagement or Lifeware
  • Design direction — selection, materials, layout intent
  • Colour direction — palette, finishes, fabric routing
  • AR / AI mockups of the room before signing
  • Costed sourcing plan with supplier price published
  • Ongoing advice across the life of the project

These are not sold a la carte. They come with the project, or with a Lifeware membership — and they stay with you for as long as you're working with us.

Discovery

Start the conversation.

The first read on a project. Each of these returns a written deliverable on a fixed turnaround. If you sign the procurement engagement after, the fee credits in full against our 20% on the contract.

Sample Plan

A costed sourcing plan in five business days.

Tell us what you're furnishing. Five business days later we come back with a real plan: pieces, supplier price band, lead time, our 20% on each line. The $249 credits in full against that 20% when you sign the project.

The engagement

We source it.
Twenty percent flat.

The procurement contract. Cost-plus-twenty on the supplier invoice. You see the factory price, you see our fee, you see the landed total. The fee is the same whether the room is $25,000 or the house is $1,000,000.

Project Engagement

Open a full procurement project. 20% flat.

Twenty percent flat on the contract. Sourcing, supplier negotiation, freight, customs, and delivery coordination — all folded in. Design help, colour direction, AR/AI mockups, and sourcing plans come with the engagement at no extra cost. The deposit covers the engagement letter and the first sourcing run, and it credits dollar-for-dollar against the final fee.
